In addition to this building we developed the remainder of the property to receive one to two additional future buildings and completely upgraded the existing “wet pond” storm water retention system to a new “dry basin” water retention system.

Anaheim, California

We converted the first floor of this community from assisted living to a state of the art Memory Care Unit. Medpro completely renovated the Interior and Exterior of this 130 bed building, common areas and offices, all while the building was fully operational.

Medpro provided the Construction Management for the full interior and exterior renovations and modernization of this 150 bed Assisted Living property, while providing a safe and secure environment to the residents during this multi-phased project. Upgrades include a new integrated, stand alone, elevator shaft and machine room in one of the courtyards to augment the existing aging elevator. A new lobby/street entrance with marketing, business and activity rooms was added to this building to provide a more open and inviting atmosphere.

Culver City, California

This “Full Building” phased renovation was performed while the property was fully occupied and operational. The work consisted of a floor by floor upgrade of all finishes and the complete upgrade of all restrooms and unit bathrooms/showers. During the renovation the entire HVAC system was modernized and improved. The existing entrance, lobby, dining and activity rooms were reconfigured and upgraded to provide a fresh and modern face to an aging and dated property. The Assisted Living wing was transformed into a new, fully access controlled Memory Care Unit, conforming to all current California Licensing requirements.
